There are several points needed to be paid attention to in heat transfer technology:
1. The temperature of heat transfer film is among 120 ℃ to 240 ℃. And the transfer film can be used in ABS, AS, PS, PVC, PMMA, PP, PE, metallic and wooden materials.
2. Electric plate is mainly used for text with rich transition color and sense of hierarchy. Electric plate can reproduce characters, landscape and the effect of high-grade graphics. What’s more, electric plate features in strong adhesion,pen press machine clear and accurate graphics. It is suitable for large production, plastic materials with high requirement, educating materials, daily package and so on.
3. Matters needing attention in heat transfer technology:
Heat transfer is a special printing process which transfers images on the transfer film to the surface of materials by high temperature and high pressure. However, in order to improve the quality of the products and the efficiency, something need to be focused.
A. Keep clean.
a. Clean working plate, guide roller and button without stain.
b. Clean transfer film without oil stain, figureprint and dust.
c. Clean glue with focal adhesion.
d. Clean hand without sweat and oil stain.
e. Clean transferred material without dust and oil stain.
B. Pressure: the pressure should be adjusted in the best state, otherwise, the transfer effect will be influenced by the pressure. After adjusting the best pressure, pressure adjuster should be locked to avoid changing pressure during production.
C. Time ( speed ): the time / speed should be based on the transferred materials. In the case of good transfer effect, the faster printing speed the better efficiency. But it doesn’t apply to every transferred materials.
D. Temperature: different heat transfer machine, heat transfer film heat transfer film and heat transfer materials have different transfer temperature. The temperature should be depended on the transfer effect.
