1. Lift up handle, and put on the transferred materials. ( during heating, pls do not put on your transferred materials for avoiding damage )
2. Turn on the power, and wait for the controller self-text about 10s, and then set time, temperature and pressure.
3. Put the transferred materials on the working station, and lift down the handle.
4. Waiting for the countdown, and then checking finished products.
Precautions of heat press machine:
1. Cooling-removed heat transfer paper: after printing, heat transfer paper can be removed until 15-20s later; while hot-removed transfer paper can be removed quickly after printing ( tear the paper across the lines of clothing )
2. Successful printing needs accurate time, temperature and pressure.
3. The printing effect depends on the thickness and materials of transferred products, and types of transfer paper.
4. Before printing mass products, sample should be tested.
