Heat press machine are divided into flat heat press machine and swing away heat press machine. Following is the main differences between flat heat press machine and swing away Heat press machine:
1. It is easy to burn hands because it is very close between heating plate and operating plate after opening heating plates; while swing away heat press machine applies axial lever structure which can swing the heating plate away to avoid hurt hands.
2. Because of the axial lever structure, large format and any thickness materials can be allowed to print balancedly by swing away heat press machine. But the flat heat press machine works along fulcrum which lead to not good printing effect for thick materials.
3. The cost of heat transfer paper of flat heat press machine is high because of flat heat press machine’s small pressure when printing.
