The common method to work out color broken in sublimation inks CISS after several time usage are cleaning nozzle directly and medically blistering nozzle. If it still exists color broken, it will be regarded as blocked nozzle. However, it is due to blocked nozzle. To find out the reason, you can try to change another CISS inks tank in which you will find that the nozzle are not blocked, but it is still color broken when used sublimation ciss ink tank, which say that it is CISS problem. It is suggested that sublimation inks CISS should be changed after 2-3 times sublimation inks usages.
The following is the introduction of how to refine CISS. We can use a set of tool came with CISS to clean the ink tank. There are 6 pieces small plastic pipes connected with inks tank, and we can put the color broken pipe lower to text whether it has water outflow. In general, color broken pipe won’t have water outflow automatically. Therefore, we can use the tool to twitch the pipes few times and then plug the ink tank.
