The operation instructions of manual heat press machine
1. Open the heat press machine totally. Switch on the power and keep lightening the indicator. Please attention: duo to the working efficiency of machine is high, the machine must have suitable protective ground wire.
2. Adjust timer button to suitable time ( 30s ) on the right side ( time is based on different printing materials. )
3. Machine will be in constant temperature state when the temperature reaches setting temperature.
4. put the t shirt on the working station and keep it flat, and then cover heat transfer paper, heat press the t shirt. Attention: before heat press, adjusting suitable pressure is necessary, otherwise, the pressure holder will be out of shape.
5. countdown and alarming. Open the heat press machine and take off the t shirt and then remove the heat transfer paper.
Temperature and Time
t shirt:  180℃30s
Mugs:  180℃30s ( before heat transfer, pls preheating the temperature to 180℃, and then heat transfer the blank mugs. When countdown and alarming, take off the mugs and remove heat transfer paper. )
