There are two types of mug pads of mugs heat press machine, including standard mug pad and mug pad with small ounce. Standard mug pad is often called as I-shape mug pad which can heat transfer 7.5-9cm ounce ceramic mugs; mug pad in small ounce is called as II-shape mug pad which can heat transfer 5-7.5cm ounce mugs.
Therefore, we have an simple and efficient solution to heat transfer small ounce mugs by standard mug pad. In this way, it is not only money-saving, but also can reduce the frequency of reinstalling mug pad for different ounce. Adjusting time and temperature in 4s 180 ºC, and then put size 25×11cm, thickness 3mm rubber into mug pad ( too thin isn’t able to close with mugs, while to thick will heat transfer blurry printing effect ).
